As part of the of the Sales and Marketing team, the tasks I manage include:• Working with a variety of stakeholders creating responses to customer proposals and presentations.• Review RFP, RFI and vendor qualification requests and respond meeting all requirements;• Co-ordinate RFP and RFI response process engaging all required stakeholders.• Co-ordinate marketing collateral and promotions as required.• Greenhouse Gas Inventory - collect all data and log for all 4 facilities annually• Monitor, track and approve all Carbonzero print projects. • Purchase offsets for print projects as well as facility offsets.• Monitor, track and approve all Bullfrog Power print projects.• Purchase Bullfrog Power for print projects and the Mississauga manufacturing facility• Monitor and track all activities in the company resulting in reducing our environmental impact comparing year over year results. • Provide data and content for Annual Sustainability Report• Lead company Green Teams at all facilities
