Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the spend tracking of the CapEx Hardware Budget (2017 Budget value = £42m) • Providing senior management with bi-weekly CapEx Hardware Budget status updates • Creation of “How To” documentation for the Hardware Order process • Training of Bangalore-based resources on Hardware Order processing • Lead contributor to optimization proposals for the Hardware Order process • Ad-hoc issue mitigations and single point of contact for user queries • End-2-end procurement management (from request quality assurance, submission into Ariba to ensuring receipting of goods) • Responsible for the production of Project Performance Reports • Validation of orders for Thomson Reuters Telecom products to all internal sites globally, ensuring deadlines is met. • Assisted in the smooth hand over of the ‘external client’ validation project to the offshore team based in Singapore and the US providing training and support. • Visiting this team in Singapore to enhance the transition • Responding to general enquiries and offering support and advice to those placing orders worldwide. • Updating all data records to enable accurate budgeting by the finance team. • Identifying cost exposures using data provided by billing agencies. • Weekly and monthly reporting to partners and management. • Writing and updating policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities: • Ensuring the smooth running of a 4 bed home for teenagers with challenging behaviour by following company and OFSTED guidelines • Providing a high level of support to staff to ensure that the best level of care is provided to the young people • Liaising with other organisations involved in the care of the young people including social services, schools, health professionals and families. • Ensuring individual care plans and risk assessments were followed and reviewed regularly • Regular supervision of staff, ensuring that each staff member received good quality support in this stressful environment. • Maintaining staff rosters, ensuring an adequate staffing team was in place both day and night. • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of the home • Taking responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety • Assisting the manager with the annual policy reviews
