▪ Supervise and assess in-person and virtual student teachers in undergraduate and graduate education programs during their field practicum experiences. ▪ Provide guidance and coaching to student teachers on best practices in learning theory, pedagogical frameworks, etc, to increase student engagement, retention, and overall impact of teaching.

▪ Provided tailored high-quality group and individual classroom coaching for 22 teachers, grade-level, special ed, and specialists, integrating best-practices, pedagogical frameworks and principles of adult learning, and evaluation methodology.▪ Served as a thought leader for curriculum development providing a range of support, lesson planning, pacing, implementation successes and challenges, and various digital tools.▪ Led grade level PLC and Data Team Cycles to review student performance in comparison to a benchmark test, group based on performance, and developed a plan for student progress/growth in the classroom. ▪ Conducted on-site classroom assessments/walk-throughs and provided specific coaching feedback to teachers.
