My passion for coaching comes from a desire to help people and organizations grow by reconnecting them with their values, identifying what really matters, and creating an environment where people thrive. I believe that our energy comes from within ourselves, and we all have the answers waiting within us to achieve our dreams and goals, but sometimes you need help identifying what those answers are and overcoming the obstacles that can block our paths. This is where I come in. I help both individuals and organizations through the process of discovering what their real deal is – otherwise known as real ideal coaching. Sometimes this involves 1:1 coaching for leaders and key people within the company, sometimes, this looks like emotional intelligence training, or facilitating a meeting on authentic communication. I tailor my work to meet my client's needs, and I bring a passion and excitement for coaching with me to every project. I began my career as an HR professional working in a variety of industries, from gaming and technology, to food and beverage. I’ve held progressive roles in HR, from Human Resources Business Partner to Human Resources Director, and the common theme throughout my experience was always helping people identify what’s most important to them and helping leaders, individuals, and organizations reach the best versions of themselves. I have extensive combined Human Resources and Executive Coaching experience leading individuals and organizations. I hold a BA from the University of Washington, am a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, and hold a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute.I’d love to be part of your next success.
