I am currently an Associate Director of Program Management, managing the FirstNet & Advanced Solutions Support program with the help of my very talented team of project managers. During my time with AT&T I have held various positions, starting as a Business Customer Service representative and quickly moving into the project management field doing process development, product and offer deployment, and support development. I currently manage a team of 8 highly skilled project managers responsible for ensuring our Business support centers have the training, systems, and policies needed to support inquiries related to our FirstNet & Advanced Solutions Product set. I have been in the project / program management field for approximately 15 years of my career. During this time I have personally managed multiple high-level projects, including but not limited to: the design & implementation of the FirstNet Customer Support & Advanced Solutions Customer Support model, various Apple device releases, the AT&T - Cingular Merger, and numerous mobility product launches.
