As my final semester of the Education program at UT, I was a student teacher in LISD at the IB elementary school, Grandview Hills. I worked in a 3rd grade classroom with a coordinating teacher where we gradually transitioned roles so I was acting as a full time teacher, teaching all subjects areas, as well as grading, planning, classroom management, and differentiating lessons for ELLs and SPED students.
