With over 25 years of experience in educational leadership, program strategy, consultation, and coaching, I am a passionate and dedicated Early Intervention Specialist at San Marcos Unified School District. My mission is to make all things possible for children, especially those who face developmental challenges and require individualized support and instruction.As a former director of early childhood education, regional consultant, and primary school model creator, I have a proven track record of curriculum innovation, assessment, and alignment, as well as expanding access and equity for early learning opportunities. I am also a skilled collaborator, presenter, and facilitator, who uses adult learning theory and design thinking to create solutions and lead change. I thrive on planning and creating big picture dreams turned into reality alongside my team members and colleagues.
