At Tetra Pak, the world's leading food processing and packaging solutions, I was responsible for:• Global employee communications activities across Tetra Pak, reporting to the VP of Internal Communications. • Leading a team of five to create and deliver engaging content across our digital channels, including our global intranet, all-employee newsletters, internal social media (Viva Engage), employee advocacy program (Tetra Pak Voices), lock screens, digital signage, and global webcasts with executive leaders. • Communicating topics including strategy, sustainability, HR, innovation, quality, transformation, customer growth, services, products, safety, well-being, DE&I and more. Launched first-ever International Women's Day campaign with great success. Co-ordinate quarterly business/finance packages.• Collaborating with external communications to leverage global campaigns, working closely with IT in maintaining/launching key platforms, and managing our annual internal communications survey. • Leading two business transformation projects, co-managing the internal communications team's annual spend and external supplier base, and producing a bi-annual Alumni newsletter.In 2023, our team received the "Excellence in Innovation" award for Tetra Pak Voices.

Group Operations comprised Purchasing, Product Sourcing, Manufacturing, Operations Sustainability, Quality, Supply Chain, Health & Safety (and previously R&D, Sustainability and Design). • Driving the internal and external communications strategy, supporting business leaders, managing and implementing change management initiatives and global programs, leading a team, and working with communications specialists and suppliers. • Driving a strong, diverse and inclusive employee culture focused on results by producing impactful messaging that re-enforced our strategy and outlined our path forward. • Creating communications plans targeted to specific projects and desired outcomes – in close collaboration with my colleagues – and driving a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence. • In 2017, our team won a “Teamship Award” for launching a new global quality program.
