As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist (SFH), I use practical, modern and well researched strategies to help people make significant, positive changes in their lives in a relatively short period of time. It is the perfect compliment to my learning and development career, as I am able to bring a wealth of experience and understanding to the challenges people face in their day to day lives. Solution Focused Hypnotherapy not only helps with anxiety related conditions, including work-based stress, PTSD, OCD and fears and phobias, but can also help you find the extra bit of confidence you were seeking for an interview, presentation or to increase motivation and performanceAs a commercially astute business, people and learning and development professional, I have always had a passion for excellence. This is something I take in to every area of my life. While I am emotionally resilient, SFH has helped me understand how I am able to support others, but maybe more importantly, what emotional resilience actually looks like in todays society. In my career I have led transformational change, once again giving me a good understanding the impact this can have on others, and what a strong leader can do to support any person or team going through any kind of change. Having my own business brings new meaning to 'Organised and focused, with a ‘can-do’ attitude'. I recognise now when it is good to take a step away, allowing me to be 'organised and focused' in a productive way. I remain able to confidently evaluate issues, but now have a more open minded approach to how we get to the solutions, and also recognise when the solutions of the past, are no longer right for the here and now...or the future. I will continue to endeavour to motivate and support any individual or team.
