• Attend booking conferences and negotiate contracts for tour.• Create agenda, schedule and lead company meetings.• Create calendar for the season, including rehearsal and show schedules.• Stay on target for all business goals and deadlines.• Implement and enforce COVID-19 policies.• Manage all daily workings and aspects of the business.• Design and update website for ticket sales and promotion.• Write and edit music for sound design using Logic and QLab.

• Perform in full length European style tent show • Horse groom; clean stalls, feed and hay horses, lay sawdust, administer medicine and supplements • Wash and set up tents, stalls, and bleachers • Paint props and equipment• Edit and run sound• Drive equipment truck and 30' RV long distances.• Co-direct circus camp

• Collaborate with and assist Artistic Director and Operations Manager to create and implement companypolicies and procedures.• Oversee all creative and practical decisions pertaining to the youth circus troupes – CircusSpire and Circus Gilly.• Develop, organize, and schedule student ensemble training programs, rehearsals, and shows.• Responsible for clear and consistent communication with faculty, staff, parents, andstudents.• Create in collaboration with Management team a facilities calendar for circus troupes’ rehearsals andclasses.• Create agenda, lead and participate in company meetings.

• Responsible for the reservation and scheduling of all the vendors.• Lead coordinator for delivery of items on all days of load-in.• Negotiate with city officials to obtain permits such as fire, entertainment commission, and police for theduration of the show.• Responsible for all purchases throughout the run of the show including porta-potties, office bungalows,stage flooring, generators, and diesel fuel.• Hire security agency and be point of contact for any issues throughout show days.• Stage manage every show ensuring a smooth performance for staff, performers, andaudience.• In charge of hiring and supervising FOH staff including box office manager, house manager, andconcessions staff.• Manage backstage area during show.• Schedule and manage rehearsals and trainings.• Create schedule for load-out and strike of circus tent show and other items.
