With over ten years of experience in administrative and project management roles, I am a versatile and adaptable professional who can handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I currently work as an administrative assistant for the Alabama Department of Public Health, where I support the department's operations and compliance with state laws and regulations.In addition to my professional skills, I also have a passion and talent for music and sailing. I play guitar and sing country music around East and Central Alabama, both solo and with my band, under my own name. I enjoy performing for different audiences and venues, and sharing my love for music and storytelling. I am highly extroverted and have yet to meet a stranger in all the different environments in my life. I also have experience in editing, hiring, and project management for a market research company, where I ensured the quality and accuracy of the data and feedback and recruited other editors. I have strong skills in communication, Microsoft Excel and Word, human resources, and management which I have developed and applied in my previous roles as a general manager and a project manager.
