I run a small consultancy (formerly SMS Design & Consultancy Ltd) providing planning & development services, focused on delivering asset value maximisation for clients seeking to ensure best value from property and landholdings. I provide development solutions for both residential and commercial sites whether brownfield or greenfield. I am happy to work alone or as part of a multi-disciplinary team, depending upon the requirements of a project. Recent examples include the refurbishment of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in London, communal area extensions to several office buildings in Bristol and various residential development projects in Chichester (from 37 to almost 900 dwellings).
