Suzanne Graves is the Managing Member of Nebula Research and Development LLC. a position she has held since April 2022. She assumed her role following the death of her husband, Michael Graves, who had founded Nebula in 2019. Nebula Research is a New York-based alternative asset manager using quantitative trading strategies to manage portfolios for select institutional investors.Prior to assuming her role at Nebula, Suzanne held various management and advisory roles with finance and technology companies, both in NYC and Seattle:• Managed a portfolio of alternative investments, with a focus on angel and growth capital investing. • Served as a close advisor to Artivest Inc, a NYC-based financial tech company delivering curated electronic access to private funds (acquired by iCapital in 2020).• Served as COO of Area 51 LLC, a market neutral hedge fund. • Held management positions at Destinations/Teren Corp (acquired by Galileo International in 2020) and CourtLink (acquired by Lexis Nexis in 2001).• Serves on the Board of Advisors of Designs that Matter, a non-profit that solves healthcare-related problems through intelligent design, with a focus on developing countries.Suzanne received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington. Suzanne lives in New York City with her twin sons.
