Towards the end of the project, I would return back to hotels to share best practices with the General Manager of the hotel and other key executives on their leadership team. My final responsibilities included the training of the newly formed Marriott Business Services (MBS) out of Knoxville, TN. I traveled up and back from the corporate office to MBS every other week to train the associates on the billing and credit model that the hotels were now utilizing. All of the on-property billing for corporate/managed hotels would now be handled by MBS.**this was one of my favorite assignments and an incredible team to work with every step 👣of the way on this project** -
