Assist Chief Nursing Officer with special projects.

Administrative Direction of Perioperative Departments (Day Surgery/Pre-Surgical Clinic, 12 suite Operating Room, PACU, Sterile Processing, Center for Digestive Health, and Center for Pain Management.Strategic and administrative direction of Nursing Professional Practice Department (clinical staff competency and orientation, nursing quality and staffing effectiveness, staff education)

Direction of Perioperative departments (Day Surgery/Pre-Surgical Clinic, 16 suite Operating Room, PACU, and Central Sterile.

• Direction and management of 12 room Operating Room department and Central Sterile Processing department (115 FTE's) with $17.9 million operating budget and $1.6 million capital budget.• Planned construction of 4 OR endosuite expansion, and associated changes in care process.

• Direction of Perioperative departments (Operating Room, Central Sterile, PACU, Day Surgery and Pre-Admitting)• Selection, new OR Information System.• Implementation Aesop Robotics.• Implementation Leader Neuro Center of Excellence and Heartmate VAD Program.
