Over the past 10 years in the health & benefits industry, I have developed into a leader, and exceptional team player. In the past, I have been responsible for mentoring employees, in order to set them up for success; and, ensure that they became independent thinkers, that contribute to the overall success of the company. I have participated in several projects and pilot programs; including a business improvement project, in order to streamline the renewal/recertification for my team. I am always open and willing to learn every aspect of the industry as I possibly can. My goal is to become the most well-rounded insurance agent possible; and, provide clients with the continuous support, and superb service, that they deserve as a client.
