With more than 38 years of work experience, I am a seasoned HRIS manager with global expertise and a passion for people technology. I have successfully managed and supported various HR systems, such as ADP and PeopleSoft, across multiple regions and countries. I have also led and contributed to several projects, such as system implementation, configuration, integration, and data migration, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance. My mission is to leverage my skills and experience to help organizations optimize their HR processes, enhance their employee experience, and achieve their strategic goals.Most recently, I worked as a Senior People Technology Consultant at eXp Realty, where I was responsible for processing full scope employee transactions, managing and maintaining ADP HRIS, performing data audits, building and distributing reports, and creating and managing system changes through HubSpot. I also collaborated with other HR teams and stakeholders to provide guidance, support, and solutions for various HR issues and requests. During my tenure, I demonstrated my proficiency in ADP and other HR tools, as well as my ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, and dynamic environment.
