Project role developing a proposal for CRM system to support stakeholder engagement.

Maternity cover in a very busy role, working across all departments on internal and external communications, including developing weekly and monthly digital newsletters. Responsible for Comms for all island (Ireland) programme examining approaches to key issues including health inequalities and climate change.

A project role providing research for a pioneering project to tackle illegal and unaffordable lending in Northern Ireland.

A short term role ensuring legal and good practice standards for public events on Council properties were met. Very busy environment over the Halloween period, where I learned a lot in a short period of time. Preparation of reports and recommendations to Executive Management team to allow them to authorise events, including contributing to reports to City Councillors for large events.

Responsible for policy development and support to Lottery funded capital build programme creating community places that support the environment and good health.

Responsible for communications and research for a Belfast based World Health Organisation initiative. Included developing strategy and policy on key areas including health inequalities and health and the built environment.

Promotion of Volunteer Programme, Press and Media Campaigns.

Responsible for research in employment take up in Health and Social Care Trusts in collaboration with Ulster University. Co-ordination and delivery of Department of Finance pre-employment course for prospective employees.

Managed a community based interface programme for local and international volunteers. Facilitated volunteer programmes and academic study visits for international groups. Fundraising, political engagement, policy development and stakeholder engagement.
