My name is Suzanne Trahey and I bring to my clients 25 years of coaching and mentoring presence that balances feminine and masculine qualities, opening up to fluid, focused and creative insights. I struggled for years to be with my thoughts, emotions and my body with some sense of ease and trust and instead made life decisions from places of fear and self-hatred. Becoming a licensed yoga teacher and meditation instructor as well as decades of leadership coaching guided my focus to sinking into my body. What I found was my true essence, who I knew I was, to guide me when I felt lost. These experiences felt magical and ordinary at the same time, as though nothing happened and everything changed. As insights effortlessly translated themselves from jumbled thoughts, doubts and fears to clarity and decisions I felt myself align in my body and life. Through my coaching and healing sessions, I empower my clients with results-focused insights aligned in body and mindful awareness. Why this is critical, is including the body into the coaching session ensures clients continue their success in between and after our sessions.
