• Supporting refugee students coming to the Netherlands financially, socially and with all administrative processes (caseload of 120 clients)• Coaching clients to find a job, internship or start up a business through individual guidance and group training. • Advising governmental and educational institutions about suitable paths for higher educated refugees.• Acquiring new commercial contacts for financial support and job opportunities for the clients. • Recruiting, selecting and registering candidates for placement in a workplace through online recruiting resources and in-house applications. Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Conducting interviews with candidates.• Monitoring and fulfilling and of recruitment requests from businesses and organizations and selecting the right candidates • Managing and coordinating all communication with candidates and managing the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Undertaking commercial negotiations with the customer• Maintaining administrative and financial processes after a placement • Marketing: maximizing business opportunities within existing clients and new business activities (visiting customers and prospects, acquisition activities,including targeted outbound calling , relationship management).
