I have a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Flagler College and am currently the Member Experience Manager at Capital City Club - Columbia, a premier private club in South Carolina. My core competencies include event planning, marketing, member engagement, and retention.In my current role, I have developed and executed more than 150 relevant and purposeful member events in 2023, with the help of an online survey and a Member engagement plan. I have also increased the Club's social media reach and e-mail open rate by using QR codes, online order forms, and various forms of digital communication. I have contributed to the Club's profitability and guest satisfaction by working with all departments and providing continuous training to the Member Services team. I am passionate about creating memorable experiences for our Members and fostering a sense of community and belonging. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have previously worked as a Member Relations Director and a Private Events Coordinator at Invited clubs in New Jersey and Florida. I have also acquired skills in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and Canva, which I use to create appealing and effective marketing collateral.
