Project management of workflow between creatives, key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure successful delivery and implementation of all window displays and POS, including daily management of critical paths and Gantt planning. Allocation of window displays for Accessorize brand to all markets globally. Allocation of in‐store POS to all markets globally. Creation of PO’s and ensuring budgets were kept up to date and costs in‐budget.Ordering of mannequins and ensuring upkeep of mannequins across whole UKestate.Upkeep of all display store databases Including capturing new store openings/closures.

Responsible for compliance on all operational requirements of branch, including rotas , payroll, audits, H&S and keeping up to date records of performance.Implemented and maintained monthly window displays and stock layouts, reviewing product performance data to increase sales opportunities.

Part of management team of an 18,000+ Sq ft store, with an annual turnover of £12 million, duties included day-to-day running and supervision of departments (including managing a team of up to 30 staff).
