Suzanne Winlove-Smith is a committed individual with a genuine passion for helping others when they are facing the biggest challenges in their lives. Her experience working in numerous Court systems as the Court appointed Onsite Family Mediator has given her a deep insight into the high financial, emotional and physical costs, of unresolved conflict. She has spent years working with some of the highest conflict cases you can imagine - with great success. Her unique perspective and strategic vision empowers clients to find solutions which lead to powerful shifts that enable positive change. Prior to completing her graduate degree in Conflict Resolution she spent 14 years employed by Proctor and Gamble with a team focusing on work system renewal. Suzanne approaches each mediation with a skillful, creative and innovative approach to construct collaborative agreements that support healthy, productive relationships. She has helped numerous individuals from employees in the workplace to personal conflicts between family members. Suzanne is adept at seeing all of the possibilities available to clients and building constructive conversations to find the most beneficial outcomes for her clients.Suzanne is involved in ongoing research, exploring the dynamics of thought leadership, and how leaders emerge and evolve She has organized a variety of workshops and regularly gives presentations to the public. She has completed a Graduate Degree Program in Conflict Resolution at Carleton University in the Department of Law for Mediation and is an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation.
