She has helped numerous individuals from employees in the workplace to personal conflicts between family members. Suzanne is adept at seeing all of the possibilities available to clients and building constructive conversations to find the most beneficial outcomes for her clients.Suzanne is involved in ongoing research, exploring the dynamics of thought leadership, and how leaders emerge and evolve She has organized a variety of workshops and regularly gives presentations to the public. She has completed a Graduate Degree Program in Conflict Resolution at Carleton University in the Department of Law for Mediation and is an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation.
