I have specialised in the constantly evolving area of HR and employment law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2005. Having tried other areas of law whilst training, I knew from the start that employment law was for me. If you're interested in people, relationships and behaviour - then employment law ticks all those boxes.In my role, I act primarily for private sector organisations, and have a wide experience of a broad range of sectors including education, construction, manufacturing and technology. I provide strategic and operational advice on all aspects of HR and employee management, including performance & attendance, disciplinaries & grievances, senior terminations & exits, as well as drafting and reviewing policies & procedures. I also have a wide experience in employment litigation, having acted for clients in numerous Employment Tribunal cases, including high value discrimination claims with significant reputational risk.
