Dr. Zeng is a governor-appointed Council member for the Hawaii Office of Language Access and has served on the Supreme Court Committee for Court Interpreters and Language Access since it's creation, helping to bring about higher standards for court interpreters in Hawaii. She is one of the trainers for the judiciary's Basic Orientation Workshop for new court interpreters and continues to be a mentor, consultant, program organizer, translator and private interpreter.
