This multifaceted approach developed LXD talent and elevated the quality and effectiveness of learning solutions.Led central LXD services to create learning solutions for diverse stakeholders and learning problems. Worked with stakeholders to determine performance gaps, established project management mechanisms, and drove evidence-based practices to achieve effective learning solutions for stakeholders. Curricula outputs from my team garnered positive feedback from stakeholders on their experience with LXDs and the learning product quality. Learner feedback and organizational metrics were consistently in the 90-percentile.Led LX Makers, a SME-enablement program providing interim resources that help scale LXD teams, while developing LXM participant career growth. The program uses training and a mentoring model which has pipelined 38 participants into LXD roles and 11 into Training Manager roles since 2020. The program generates an average 20,000 hr/yr (9 FTE equivalent), supporting an average 60 short-term apprenticeships and another 40 ad hoc projects per year.
