Led centralized programs for LXD quality, defect reduction, standards, and LXD skills development across a global team of 60 LXDs, and 13 LXD managers. I engaged with PMs, managers, LXDs, and leadership to develop mechanisms, automation and reporting, job guides, educational series, and communications. This multifaceted approach developed LXD talent and elevated the quality and effectiveness of learning solutions.Led central LXD services to create learning solutions for diverse stakeholders and learning problems. Worked with stakeholders to determine performance gaps, established project management mechanisms, and drove evidence-based practices to achieve effective learning solutions for stakeholders. Curricula outputs from my team garnered positive feedback from stakeholders on their experience with LXDs and the learning product quality. Learner feedback and organizational metrics were consistently in the 90-percentile.Led LX Makers, a SME-enablement program providing interim resources that help scale LXD teams, while developing LXM participant career growth. The program uses training and a mentoring model which has pipelined 38 participants into LXD roles and 11 into Training Manager roles since 2020. The program generates an average 20,000 hr/yr (9 FTE equivalent), supporting an average 60 short-term apprenticeships and another 40 ad hoc projects per year. LXM Skills, the 2-week foundational training, supported 108 unique participants and 207 completions in 2023 and on track for 2024.

Owner and creator of LX Makers, a global, mentored SME-enablement program. Wrote the program proposal and obtained approval from senior leadership. Launched in January 2019, the LXM program provides a repeatable framework to support participant development and quality learning products. Created the 2-week LXD foundations curricula, LXM Skills, to certify SME readiness in the program. Participants have contributed on projects for new curricula, updates and maintenance, re-design for new learning platforms, train the trainer, case studies development, and defect reduction.

Managed and developed curricula supporting investigations of selling partner violations for Amazon retail. Developed curricula to be more hands-on and interactive for vILT delivery. Modalities included ILT, vILT and e-learning. Responsive in fast and changing organizational needs.

Design and develop learning solutions building AWS Technical skills for internal and external audiences. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT:• Lead program architect supporting development and curation of SME-created content. • Project Management including project plan, schedule, design documents (course outlines and e-learning storyboards) and deliverables using an ADDIE framework. • As a team lead, conducted team meetings, provided instructional design support and expertise. Defined team work-flow and processes, and created team job templates including an interactive and collaborative project schedule used to roll into publishing and management dashboard. • Provided instructional design consultation to numerous groups outside of my own. PRODUCTION:• Developed technical courses for mass delivery on MOOC platform (Coursera). • Work with SMEs to establish success criteria and technical expertise driving outcome-based learning objectives and learner engagement. • Proposed and led trainer screencast recordings including mechanical set-up, editing and publishing. • Developed assessments with an emphasis on higher taxonomies of application, analysis and evaluation. Engineered built-in pre- and post-test e-learning prototype using Storyline.• Designed professional graphic content and templates for both ILT and e-learning improving the learner experience and supporting brand confidence. Excellent technical and inter-disciplinary writing skills.• Created SCORM and TinCan-compliant e-learning featuring custom-designed interactivity and animation.

Instructional design for e-learning and ILT courses for 6,000+ software engineers in global engineering centers. Instruction targeting on-the-job performance, including task analysis, instructional strategy, and adult learning principles. Scripting and storyboard creation for modules developed using Captivate, Camtasia, and others. LMS administration (myLearn) and SCORM compliance. Project manage all aspects of e-learning projects. Worked with technical SMEs to create relevant and performance-based instruction. Promoted collaborative, team-oriented working relationships.
