Bridging the gap between the technical and marketing sides of the company, I was helpful to the Business Development and Sales teams in responding to RFPs related to healthcare IT integrations. Understanding the technical capabilities of the platform, I was able to assist in identifying customer pain points and needs ahead of go live. Partnering with other Integration leads, we could oversee the development and implementation of healthcare IT integrations (design, development, and implementation) between Primary Diagnostics' software and various healthcare IT systems, such as human resource software, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
