Responsible for direct sales of over $40M, including brands such as Band-Aid®, Neosporin®, and K-Y®. Managed team of third-party brokers responsible for achieving sales goals and distribution objectives for $40M territory.

Managed the third party manufacture of 150+ SKUs representing gross trade sales of over $330MM. Negotiated landed product costs, address service concerns in order to exceed case fill rate goals, and manage risk via completion of action plans for GMP and Micro requirements

Led a team consisting of a Team Leader and seven Analysts / Sr. Analysts responsible for the procurement of transportation, performance and relationship management of transportation providers, and daily operations in support of the Export business. Managed annual freight budget over $200MM among TL, LTL, Air, Ocean, Small Parcel and Intermodal providers; the scope of business included both domestic and international inbound raw materials, inbound finished goods, and customer deliveries for approximately 25 J&J Operating Companies in the Consumer, MD&D, and Pharmaceutical sectors.
