Provided support/supervision to team of bookkeepers working in the new Quickbooks Live Cleanup unit. Reviewed completed cleanups for accuracy, answered accounting standards questions, supported Manager with various tasks including training new bookkeepers,designing/implementing job aids and resolution calls to frustrated customers.

Assisted customers calling into Quickbooks Live OnDemand service for help with their QBO files. Provided excellent customer service, assessed books for service eligibility using Smartlook, onboarded eligible accounts,supplied light QBO troubleshooting, maintained client data in Sales Force. Was instrumental in helping develop the cleanup division of Quickbooks Live, working with product development as well as Office of the President.
