Since graduating from Fordham Law School in 2001, I have been a litigator in state and federal court. I began my career at Wilson Elser as an associate on the medical malpractice defense team representing one of the largest hospitals in New York City. I later joined McCarter & English and Pepper Hamilton LLP as an associate handling cases involving product defects, health effects, and commercial litigation. In 2010, I began at CNA as in-house litigation counsel defending CNA insureds in a wide range of professional and commercial cases. As litigation counsel at CNA I was responsible for representing clients in all stages of litigation from pleadings through trial. I have counseled professional clients in board actions and in administrative proceedings before the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights. I am admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York. In 2020, I joined Healthcare Risk Advisors and transitioned to handling claims and directing and supervising litigation.
