About Suzanne Brown

I am the founder and CEO of AL'S PALS, a charity that provides befriending and emotional support to cancer patients and their families in hospital, at home, online, and in the community. I have over four years of experience in leading and managing a team of over 40 volunteers with als pals but I have over 30 years in management I organise events and fundraising, and deliver presentations to raise awareness and funds for our cause.My mission is to honor my late father's wish to create a legacy where cancer patients can have other people to talk to and understand them. I am passionate about ensuring that no one faces this scary journey alone, and that they have access to a variety of support services that suit their needs and preferences. I also have a background in law, business, and health and social care, which gives me the skills and knowledge to run a successful and sustainable organization. I am always looking for new ways to collaborate with other stakeholders, partners, and donors who share our vision and values.
