The Chief Business Officer is responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company and assists the shareholders in the aggressive and successful growth of the company. Guided by the objectives and values of the company, the CBO provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, along with the people and systems in place to effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operational efficiency. While the CBO reports directly to the CEO, he/she works very closely with both shareholders and the Executive Committee to build the organization into a thriving, dynamic and growing company

•Manage all financial and operations of the Agency including, accounting, human resources, media, production, studio and IT. •Prepare budgets, financial statements, tax and financial plans. •Manage all banking, insurance and legal matters. •Assist with strategic planning, goal setting and profitability measurements. •Planned and executed two agency lease agreements, company moves and technology infrastructure upgrades during recent growth period.•Provide client compensation agreements and negotiate contractual agreements for clients and vendor relationships. •Supervise and manage all personnel in reporting departments. •Identified and negotiated acquisition of Pharmaceutical Marketing Company and continue to plan for and identify acquisitions and partnerships.

•Managed legal, proposal, audit and transition for acquisition by publicly traded Interpublic Group of Companies. •Assisted with various acquisitions, partnerships and strategic agreements to buy, merge and grow the Agency prior to IPG. •Managed finance, operations, media, and IT departments in various scenarios. •Created a project management process and system with new financial operations software. •Managed all banking, financial, insurance and legal relationships. •Acted as Trustee for company Employee Stock Ownership Plan and retained fiduciary responsibility after purchase. •Planned and executed three moves and infrastructure upgrades as Agency grew including, two financial operations software changes, all technology and hardware system upgrades and all operational process needs.
