In 2001 I was asked by Network Seven to oversee the launch of their digital news service in Melbourne and in Sydney in 2005. • trained over 100 staff from editors to engineers and journalists on Quantel editing and server systems,• created and implemented a workflow for the entire newsroom. Incorporating the new server based system, it is a management system they use today. • many technical operating issues were solved with my experience of Quantel’s operating and programming platforms.
