I have been facilitating and training RCA teams nationally and internationally across a wide spectrum of global organisations, regions and sectors since 2005.I enjoy working with and challenging the participants on our Sologic RCA courses, provoking enquiry, creating structure and providing insight into the problems encountered in organisations. I have 25 years of practical and academic experience of working as a trainer, coach and facilitator that support my delivery of RCA training, the development of effective courses and my ability to lead major investigations in any organisational environment. This successful work and my ability to engage individuals and groups is reflected in the numerous recommendations on my Linked In profileMy background is in project management and organisational research, delivering numerous projects for national and global corporations both in the private and the public sector.I also work as a mentor and coach.
