Employed to teach the Diploma of Business and Management on line units.Completed writing 'Customer relationship management and building business opportunities' for on line unit in the Grad certificate in Supply Chain.2013 & 2014 taught 'Plan and develop the supply chain' subject to students enrolled in the Grad Certificate of Logistics & Operations management.In 2012 taught 'Manage the Supply chain' subject to students enrolled in the Grad Certificate of Logistics & Operations management

Conduct Supply chain reviews and provide recommendations for improvement. Work with the businesses to attain ISO accreditation in QMS.

Teaching Chain of Responsibility, Fatigue Management, Compliance and Risk Mgnt, WHS, Certificate IV Warehouse Operations, Certificate IV Logistics, Certificate 111 in logistics and Certificate 1 in vocational preparation training.

Reported directly to the MD as a member of the senior management team, A continuous improvement approach undertaken in reviewing all aspects of their current supply chain and processes, including and not limited to supplier contracts of both services (3PL& 4PL) and product supply. Changes included adopting a more streamlined supply to hospitals via one distributer and closing some warehousing facilities, planning and rolling out a consignment stock model with all wholesalers, a full logistics budget review finding costs previously not included and under estimated, rolling supply forecasts provided for all suppliers internationally and domestically. Conducted monthly inventory meetings with all departmental heads, to ensure informed decisions on the purchasing of all pharmaceuticals and gain input from all departments. Initiated more regular communication with suppliers both domestic and overseas.

Managed all imports and exports of product (bulk and containerised) and equipment across all mine sites and smelters. The role required managing the contracts of a major 3PL and 12 shipping lines. Working closely with all departments, to ensure supply decisions based on accurate real time information in regard production scheduling and demand forecasts. Using and teaching SAP to allow staff both domestically and globally gain access to product delivery and freight information. Involved in tendering and negotiating contracts.

Analytical roles in pricing, retail business systems and project roles. Implemented costs savings in reviewing Franchise payments and royalties, initiating changes in SAP to ensure customers received full information on invoices providing clarity and reducing monthly calls to customer service department dramatically. Planned and provided much needed automated reports for drivers to access customer information. Liaised with ACCC and various regulatory bodies on a daily basis. Received an Outstanding Contributor award in the Fuels pricing role.
