I am a Human Resources Professional with a particular focus on partnering with internal departments; providing Employee Relations navigation through policies and legal compliance to achieving successful risk-assessed business objectives. My strengths fall into two areas; First, acting as an internal HR consultant I have consistently established positive working relationships and credibility among peers, managers, and senior leaders facilitating win-win solutions. Secondly, I have a very focused approach to addressing issues, negotiating conflicts among others and generating timely and effective solutions options. This works well within mid-sized organizations, or divisions of a larger organization.My personal time is spent volunteering on a Board of Trustees as the Board, elected the Chairperson for a global non-profit organization.
