I am a seasoned communications consultant with a breadth of experience gained in-house and agency side. Over the years I have worked with a number of corporate and challenger brands including Carlsberg, BT, Microsoft, Arthur Young, Kodak, Toshiba, Glaxo, Groupama, Cunningham Lindsey, Ageas and AXA, working on a variety of programmes from strategy formulation, corporate visibility and change management to business to busines and internal communications. In my roles as account director and management board member I was responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of acccounts, as well as pitching for new business. I have also been responsible for business development for a European network of PR offices. As well as communications consultancy, I have developed and delivered a range of training workshops covering topics including Consultative Selling, Social Media, CRM and Multi-Channel Communications. I am also an experienced writer.
