Alongside Full Time MSc studies in Occupational/Organistional psychology at Goldsmith University I worked as a selling manager responsible for department key performance indicators including employee development, customer service and driving sales.

Reported directly to the Branch Manager on all Branch Selling Support functions, these included: Personnel  Supply Chain  Customer Service  Admin and Finance Business Protection

Worked as part of the Branch management team to open the first Small-Format John Lewis at Home Branch. I was responsible for:  Managing a Selling Floor as well as Visual Merchandising for the Branch.  Leading and developing a team of employees who were new to John Lewis Influencing central stakeholders on the development of the new format model in order to inform and improve future branch delivery.

Delivered a HR project to rollout an online training tool at John Lewis Cribbs Causeway to develop the skills, knowledge and flexibility of employees. This involved directly training as well as coaching and enabling managers to facilitate programme delivery. Overall, the importance of the project meant that it was crucial to influence and engage at all levels and across functions, as well as working with both managers and central stakeholders.
