Suzanne provides extensive expertise as a corporate governance consultant including all aspects of regulatory compliance and corporate secretary functions such as managing the entire board meeting process and minute taking. Suzanne takes pride in her communication and problem-solving skills and uses these skills to help her clients achieve results beyond what they expected.
