I began working for the company in the capacity of a administrator, after just 3 months of working there i was promoted to HR assistant where i liased with the HR manager and created letters, contracts and over saw that the correct policies and procedures were being carried out throughout the company. After a year of working for the company i began to look after all of the internal recruitment. I travelled round to the different offices and carried out internal interviews after sourcing employees. I throughly enjoy internal recruitment and use my initiative and people skills to create sucessful placements.
