BCWT takes a Restorative and Transformative Justice Approach to Anti-racism, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.

Level is a powerful multiracial community of women tackling the racial wealth gap by investing in black women. Through angel investing and authentic conversations about the racial wealth gap, Level unites powerful women from various industries and backgrounds through the common goal of uplifting Black women.

- Provides coaching, training and consultation in regards to Anti-racism, Equity and Inclusion, Organizational Climate and Culture and Mental Health and Wellness- Coaches leaders at all level of organization to develop the skills and resilience necessary to lead from a place of equity, inclusion and with regard to their teams mental health and wellness - Trained over 1,000 supervisors, managers and front-line staff in the Respect, Include, Empower: NYC Administration for Children's Services model LGBTQ Youth Training and Safe, Respected and Affirmed: ACS's model Transgender/Gender Non-conforming Youth training

Lead organizational change effort towards Diversity, Equity and Inclusion vis-a-vis Restorative Practices Implementation - Reduced key exclusionary practices by 74% over four year implementation period- Improved relational trust among staff/administration and supportive environment measures as evidenced by NYC Department of Education data insights- Led school from Renewal status to School in Good StandingKey responsibilities: - Set strategy and vision for DEI and Restorative Practices Implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders - Lead essential teams to implement data-driven best practices - Create and lead wellness programming for adult stakeholders - Lead professional development programming around DEI, restorative practices, leadership development and client services - Provided individual and small group leadership coaching

- Set strategy and vision for equity vis-à-vis Restorative Practices alongside school district leaders- Trained district staff and administrators on Restorative Practices principles, skills, and strategic implementation of district-wide/school-wide policy to accelerate a culture of equity

- Lead support groups, life-skills, leadership programs for LGBTQ youth - Trained youth to analyze and advocated for LGBTQ friendly school policy - Lead support and life-skills program for Lesbian and Bisexual young women- Facilitated cultural competency trainings for social workers, school faculty, youth groups and community leaders around psycho-social and youth development needs of LGBTQ youth and the creation of LGBTQ safe spaces- City-wide advocacy for LGBTQ youth friendly policies- Recruited and supervised volunteers and interns- Grant writing and grant management
