Manage the Bryan Series, a major lecture series with approximately 2,600 subscribers.Assist in speaker selection and contract negotiation.Direct and conduct subscription sales campaign including marketing by direct mail, print and radio advertising.Direct and conduct campus ticket distribution.Direct and coordinate student/faculty session with speakers on campus.Negotiate and manage corporate sponsors and media partners.Direct and coordinate logistics with speakers' agencies, venue stage management, A/V contractors, other speakers/performers, College leadership and staff.Schedule, direct and conduct pre-event site meeting at venue.Manage budgets for the Bryan Series and the Office of Communications & Marketing.
