• Led strategic lifecycle development of direct-to-donor fundraising and marketing for 40 corps community centers, institutions, and programs across three states and managed a $5M budget, distributing $11M in individual contributions. • Drove donor retention with accurate distribution and reporting of $24M by implementing donor service team processes.• Expanded digital community size by more than 200% and grew digital revenue by 30%. • Delivered the highest grossing online red kettle program across all US Territories (digital Peer-to-Peer fundraising)• Designed email marketing program to match audience to offer, resulting in 30% increase in digital revenue• Founded and directed the TSA Digital Forum, which included members from all four US Territories, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, Netherlands and the Czech Republic.
