PepperMill Hotel & Casino$300M expansion/renovation of the PepperMill Hotel & Casino in Reno, NV. Construction phases consisted of a 40,000 sq ft Convention Space/Ballrooms, Meeting rooms, 8 award-winning Restaurants (including the renowned White Orchid), 14 Themed Bars and Waterfall pool. One phase also included the remodel of the Montego Bay wing with new Super Suites, Royal Suites, Penthouse Suite, and 7,000 sq ft Spa. Commuted from Southern California each week.• Timeline required maintaining a pleasant guest experience while we were under construction, allowing me the latitude to commute from California and work on additional projects for Host Hotels and Lennar.
