- Helping on board the University of California, the company’s 2nd largest account and achieved 80,000+ membership through open enrollment fairs, company branded microsite and online focus groups.
- Exceeding Blue Shield’s company-wide “Go Green” initiative by replacing paper delivery of health plan materials to digital format that is projected to save the company $1.5 million.
- Leading the development of new email marketing campaign that was distributed to 8,000 HCL employees to promote the benefits of the new High Deductible Health Plan resulted in over 17,000 visits to the website.
- Working extensively with account teams to deliver integrated marketing plans targeted at members and prospective clients to drive profitable membership growth.
