Inaugural hire and lead architect of the HR Analytics function within HRIS, charged with transforming the business model from reactive spreadsheet-based reporting to a suite of Tableau dashboards, providing all DFHR staff with on-demand access to workforce metrics and using analytics to drive institutional change. Responsible for managing data, analytics, and information services pertaining to DFCI’s faculty and research community, including non-faculty scientists and postdoctoral associates. Function as HR's research analyst for the faculty and postdoctoral population at DFCI. Serve as the primary administrator of the Faculty Database, a custom-built PeopleSoft HRMS module that tracks longitudinal employment and academic data for faculty clinicians and researchers. Work with other functional areas of Human Resources on projects where HR and academic affairs intersect, including surveys, presentations, benefits administration, performance reviews, and onboarding. Provide HR colleagues with background information on academic affairs as appropriate.

Solicited, compiled, and tracked all data related to faculty recruitment on the Charles River Campus; worked closely with the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs and the Associate Provost for Budget and Planning to track faculty slots and all associated funding. Served as the liaison to academic units on all issues related to faculty recruitment, including affirmative action reporting, and prepared annual affirmative action report on faculty hiring. Performed ongoing analysis of the faculty population for the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs and other University stakeholders, including Human Resources, Institutional Research, and the President’s Office.Provided analysis of faculty salary data for use by Deans and Provosts in the annual merit exercise; provided analysis and graphic support for all reports on faculty for presentation to the Board of Trustees.

Served as the front-line HR/Benefits contact for over 3500 employees on three campuses, including answering all Benefits calls and emails. Provided administrative support to the Benefits staff, including extensive administrative support to the Director of Benefits, and basic IT support. Managed the Benefits operational budget, designed and edited University-wide communications, and maintained numerous internal databases.
