In 2006, I opened my own financial advisory firm. I help clients reach their financial goals both individually and as a family unit. Financial coaching focuses more on the basics of personal money management, behavior change, and accountability to a client-driven spending plan as well as provide the knowledge, skills, and behaviors that will help you build wealth. Being in financial control of your life leads to greater well-being overall.Due to changes in my health at 38, I dove deeply into researching the immune system and health. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2017. At this time, I trained in Relationship Repair. Our relationships are our greatest teacher whether it be with spouse, partner, kids, friends, parents, siblings, or co-workers. They all have a great impact on our lives and we on theirs. They can either be a source of love or conflict. As a team, you and I can set a path on how to navigate your relationships from a place of wholeness and change any negative dynamics to a place of peace, love, and support.
