Former professional musician with GRAMMY-nominated achievements and 10+ years as a music educator, I transitioned into Retail in 2016, and then Retail Management in 2020 where I now apply my training and servant leadership skills into development of high performance teams who are product experts delivering best-in-class customer experiences, with a particular passion for home decor, furniture, and design. I believe diversity and inclusion, meeting people where they are and building them into the best versions of themselves creates dynamic environments where all thrive and produce optimal results. Past projects include the development of onboarding and training materials to be used in all retail shops nationally, building relationships and integrations between RX and CX in a DTC online-based entity, and local & national peer mentoring and coaching. Current projects include preparing national-level financial reporting and strategic insights based upon KPIs and YOY performances and employee engagement and recognition across nationally-owned retail brick & mortar stores. Aspiring to take on either a larger management position or multi-unit leadership.
