My responsibilities in this well-known financial industry fund company included acting as a Relationship Manager representing Vanguard and assisting 401(k) plan sponsors in moving their assets and participant records to the Vanguard recordkeeping platform in a smooth and accurate manner. I successfully managed the relationships between external and internal stakeholders including: plan sponsors, financial executives, CFO's, human resource professionals, prior recordkeepers, prior custodians, system set up technicians, participant education associates, mutual fund associates, and Vanguard managers. The highlight of my position was working with the plan sponsors, the actual business owners, and helping them with sometimes complicated plan decisions.
