I'm a Published Author and Synch Songwriter developing a features and HETV slate exploring themes of identity, loss, grief and transformational human experiences. I am drawn to the demons that we face and the human spirit of survival, and the role humor can play in armoring us to cope, or in shielding us from reality.Stories from our past are astoundingly resonant today. It’s not so much that history repeats itself, but that human nature is human nature. Regardless of time, place, nation or culture, it is our actions, or lack of them, as humans that determine our outcomes. We can learn so much from the choices of those who came before us, and bringing stories out of the past into the light of the present day is to me a sacred responsibility, and a fascinating experience.
